Experiences of the 2nd World War in Oxfordshire Liz Woolley has given several very interesting talks to our Group, the last one in March 2010 on "Child Labour in 19th century Oxfordshire". Liz lives in Oxford and has a Diploma and an MSc in English Local History. Her particular interest is in the lives of ordinary working people in the county in the 19th and early 20th centuries. She has been helping the "Soldiers of Oxfordshire Trust" with their project to establish a new museum in Woodstock, due to open in 2014. Her talk "Children & War" is presented on the Trust members' behalf.
